Rental details
Our property is available for rentals starting from a minimum of 2 nights. However, during school holidays, we have a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights.
Bookings are open up to 12 months in advance.
Check in and check out
During high season, check-in and check-out dates may be restricted to Saturdays.
Check-in is available from 3pm on your arrival day, and we kindly ask that you check out by 10am on the day of your departure. If you wish to arrive earlier or check out later, do ask and we will accommodate where possible.
Payment and cancellation terms
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation, you’ll receive a 50% refund on payments made, provided the cancellation occurs 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival.
Fees
Refundable deposit: a security deposit of £250 is pre-authorised against the card used to make the booking. Assuming there is no damage this will be voided the day after departure.
Points to note
No smoking inside or around the property is not permitted. Please no vaping inside.
No pets (except for assistance dogs)
Strictly no parties. The property also has quiet times between 12-7am.
The minimum age of the lead guest is 21.
