Welcome to our newly refurbished three-bedroom home, just steps from the vibrant village of Westbourne and a short, scenic stroll to Bournemouth’s award-winning beaches. Hydeaway is your perfect base for exploring the best that Bournemouth has to offer, whether you're here for the shops, restaurants, or that tranquil beach vibe.

Spacious Accommodation for Up to 7 Guests. With three generously sized bedrooms spread over three floors, Hydeaway can comfortably host up to 7 guests. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, the house features a large lounge, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an enclosed garden, and off-street parking.

Living Spaces Designed for Comfort

• Lounge: The heart of the house, featuring a 55" Sony 4K smart TV with access to all your favourite streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. Kick back on the comfy sofas, dive into a good book, or enjoy a board game with your group.
• Dining Room: Adjacent to the lounge and opening onto the garden, the dining room seats up to 7, and there’s a high chair for younger guests. 

Fully Equipped Kitchen. Our is designed to meet all your cooking needs. You’ll find a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing meals, plus enough plates, glasses (including wine and gin glasses), and utensils for everyone. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garden shed.  

Comfortable Bedrooms for a Restful Stay

• Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor, the master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
• Second Bedroom: Also on the first floor, this ‘green’ bedroom has a triple bunk bed—perfect for kids or adults—along with a chest of drawers, mirror, and relaxing chair.
• Third Bedroom: On the second floor, the ‘yellow’ bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space, a desk for work (if needed), and a selection of board games and books for your enjoyment.

Bathrooms. In addition to the en suite in the master bedroom, there’s a main bathroom on the second floor with a bath and overhead shower. A cloakroom on the ground floor offers extra convenience.

Outdoor Space. The enclosed garden is perfect for al fresco dining, with seating for 8 around a rattan table and a parasol with night lighting. Off-street parking for three cars is available—one space in front of the house and two more at the rear, accessible through the garden.

Things to Note:

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the garden. We have smoke monitoring equipment, and violations may result in eviction or additional charges.
• No pets allowed.
• Quiet hours between 12am and 7am. Noise monitoring is in place, and any disturbances will be addressed.
• The minimum age for the lead guest is 21.
• There is a Ring doorbell for when the house is empty. No recording or viewing takes place when the house is in use.
