With access to Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+, and Freesat, you’ll have a wealth of live and on-demand content at your fingertips. Whether you’re in the mood to relax with a good book or gather for a fun board game, this space has something for everyone.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to meet all your dining needs. The full-sized fridge freezer offers ample storage to keep your food and drinks fresh, while the electric cooker with grill, induction hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster provide everything you need for cooking up delicious meals. Cleaning up is a breeze with the full-sized sink and slimline dishwasher. We’ve stocked the kitchen with plenty of plates, bowls, cups, and glasses—including wine and gin glasses—to keep you entertained. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garden shed.
Dining
Just off the lounge, the new dining room opens up to the garden, providing a lovely space for meals with family or friends, comfortably seating up to seven. A high chair is available for little ones, and the conservatory is equipped with a thermostatically controlled heater/cooler and ceiling fan to ensure your comfort year-round
The ground floor also features a convenient cloakroom, and the hall includes space for coats and shoes.
Outdoor space
Step outside to the decked walled garden, accessible through the conservatory or directly from the back of the property. There’s a shed stocked with beach essentials like deck chairs, windbreaks, beach towels, and buckets and spades. A handy trolley is also provided for easy transport of your gear, with additional storage space available for anything else you may wish to bring along.
Parking is available for two cars at the rear of the property, in addition to the space in front, making it easy for you and your guests to come and go. There is also an EV charger at the front of the property.
